Shakespeare Now! Presents "Julius Caesar"

Shakespeare Now! Theatre Company will present "Julius Caesar" Shakespeare's riveting drama about the events of March 15, 44 B.C. which changed the course of Western Civilization. The production will be presented at the Tower Theater, Mass College of Art at 621 Huntington Avenue in Boston, from November 1 - 21.

The production features Gus Kelley in the role of Cassius, Barry Abramowitz as Brutus, Jon Ferreira as Marc Antony, plus Alexander Albregts, Daniel Berger-Jones, Lindsay Flathers, Reilly Hadden, Bruce Kaye, Curt Klump, Linda Lowy and Paul Melendy. The production is staged by veteran local director Daniel Gidron.

Shakespeare Now! Theatre Company, founded in 2000 by Artistic Director Linda Lowy, is a professional theater company which brings the great works of William Shakespeare to elementary, middle, and high schools in Massachusetts and the rest of southeastern New England. Workshops for students and teachers, led by the company's actor/educators, are an integral part of the company's work in schools. Shakespeare Now! also presents the annual Boston Shakespeare Sonnet-Thon each April at the Boston Public Library.
