North Shore Music Theatre
Seeks Local Children
for "A Christmas Carol"

Auditions Saturday, October 22

North Shore Music Theatre has announced it is seeking children, ages 4-16, for various parts in its upcoming 17th annual production of "A Christmas Carol."
 
Auditions will take place on Saturday, October 22, at 1 p.m. at North Shore's Theatre Arts and Education Building behind the theatre at 62 Dunham Road in Beverly.   Children do not need to prepare anything specific for the audition as the theater will provide materials for singing, dancing, and readings.  Children should wear comfortable shoes or sneakers.
 
North Shore Music Theatre is committed to an inclusive casting policy known as non-traditional casting.  NSMT encourages all children to auditions regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, or the presence of a disability. Rehearsals will be scheduled after school and on weekends from November 15 - 29. Performances are November 30 – December 24.
