Disney’s “On The Record”
At The Colonial

Limited Engagement April 5 - 10

Incorporating more than 60 songs spanning 70 years, “On The Record” is the new musical revue celebrating the Disney songbook. “On The Record” plays The Colonial Theatre for a limited one-week engagement, April 5 - 10.

Set in a contemporary recording studio, the production includes nine Academy Award winners, seven Billboard Top 20 hits, three #1 songs, six Golden Globe winners and six Grammy winners, among others.

Six of the songs were named among the American Film Institute's 100 Top Movie Songs of all time, including “When You Wish Upon A Star,” “Someday My Prince Will Come,” “Zip-A-Dee-Do-Dah,” “Beauty & The Beast” and “Hakuna Matata.”

Featuring a talented group of singers, dancers and musicians, the production will also include such popular Disney hits as “Let’s Get Together” (“Parent Trap”), “Chim-Chim-Cheree” (“Mary Poppins”), “The Bare Necessities” (“The Jungle Book”), “Be Our Guest,” “(“Beauty & The Beast”), “Colors Of The Wind,” “(“Pocahontas”), “A Friend Like Me,” (“Aladdin”) and “Under The Sea” (“The Little Mermaid”).

The cast will be headed by Kaitlin Hopkins who starred in the Broadway revival of “Noises Off” and was seen in “Beautiful Child” and “Bat Boy.” Also featured will be Brian Sutherland, a native of Bedford, MA, who has been seen in numerous Broadway productions including “The Sound of Music,” “1776,” “Victor/Victoria” and “Steel Pier.”
