2004 Tony Nominations Announced

Nominations for The 58th Annual Tony Awards were announced this morning at the Hudson Theatre in Midtown Manhattan.  As the Boston theater season usually includes the national tours of the best of the best, local theater fans will be interested in who was nominated . . . and who wasn't.

Winners will be announced during the Tony Awards telecast on CBS (WBZ-Channel 4 in Boston), Sunday, June 6, at 8:00 P.M.  Broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall,  the 2004 ceremonies will be hosted by Hugh Jackman, currently starring on Broadway in the Peter Allen musical biography, "The Boy From Oz."
