"Ragtime" Rolls at Company Theatre

The award-winning Company Theatre in Norwell will be presenting the Tony Award-winning musical "Ragtime" from August 1 through 24.

This epic musical cavalcade of American culture tells the uplifting story of three remarkable families of ethnically different backgrounds, all searching for the American dream at the turn of the century.

More than 60 actors will take part in the production, backed by a 23-piece orchestra. The sweeping score is by Stephen Flaherty and Lynn Ahrens.
