Centastage Prepares Holiday Mayhem On the heels of such happily irreverent holiday productions as “The Xmas Files” and “How Mrs. Grinchley Swiped Christmas,” Centastage will continue its tradition of locally brewed cheer with “Spiked Eggnog -- A Holiday Boogaloo.” Running December 6 through 21, all performances will be presented in the Black Box Theatre at the Boston Center for the Arts. Written and performed by Jan Davidson, John Kuntz, Rick Park and Julie Perkins, “Spiked Eggnog” is a collection of gender-bending short plays, monologues and songs that look at the holiday season from an alternative and slightly twisted point of view. Whether you’ve been naughty or nice, you can look for: “4 Girls 4,” which sweetly depicts a British schoolgirl Christmas sleepover; “All About Xmas Eve,” which parodies the classic Bette Davis film; and a host of festive, offbeat sketches in keeping with the season. Centastage has been home to the fabulous foursome in the past. Kuntz, Park and Davidson appeared in “Heart of Jade,” while Perkins and Park performed in Kuntz’s “Emerald City.” “Spiked Eggnog” marks the first time all four have worked on the same production.
